Do I pay for shipping?
Shipping for all orders within the Continental US above $45 is free. Shipping for orders under $45 is $4.99. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands has a flat shipping rate of $15.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12PM ET will arrive roughly 7-10 days after the order was placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays so please factor that timing into your order. Hawaii and Alaska orders will take two weeks to receive.
Can I get my order expedited?
Yes, we offer a 2 Day and 3 Day shipping option for an additional fee. Please remember that even if you select 2 Day, it will take 3 days to get to you (1 day to make and process the hat, and 2 days to ship). If you're really in a bind and need an item sooner, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to get it to you as fast as possible. 2 Day shipping is available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Sadly no, but we hope to offer that option in the future.
What’s your return, exchange, and refund policy?
We want to make sure you absolutely love the items you purchased. If you do not, we will issue a refund or exchange (stock permitting) within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please make sure all items are in their original condition or we will be unable to accept the return. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. We unfortunately do NOT accept returns for customized items.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Unfortunately, BORN + MADE is not responsible for return shipping charges on orders under $150.
How do I set up a return or exchange?
To process a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization. Please repackage the item(s) and send them back to us at the following address:

If you need your exchange in a hurry, we suggest placing a new order. You can then send in the item(s) you wanted to exchange as a return request and we will process a refund. Please allow three weeks for return or exchange processing. You'll receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
