I ordered 10 custom hats for my bachelorette party and was on the border of a mental breakdown when USPS did not deliver them in time. I contacted Jackie and she went back into work to remake the 10 hats overnight. The next day, she hopped on a plane to Mexico to hand deliver the gifts for my bridesmaids. Stellar customer service is an understatement. Jackie is hard working, easy to talk to, and super supportive. I will definitely be ordering more hats in the future!"

I had seen their hats and emailed their customer service to get a sense of how long the turnaround time would be for an upcoming bachelorette party. Not only did they respond right away but to my surprise they told me that the individually handmade customization would be complete in a week (or less if I really needed it to be)! Then I got a friendly reminder, nothing annoying or aggressive, that I could still use them before the bachelorette weekend. After ordering, sure enough the hat came quickly, packed well, and was more adorable in person. Finally and completely unexpectedly I got an email with a discount code to share with friends.
